- 4 oz. plain yogurt or kefir
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a combination)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I prefer Designer Whey French Vanilla)
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Flax seed
- 1 tsp. raw honey (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Another good variation is made by reducing the amount of berries to ½ cup and adding half a banana and ¼ cup orange juice. Or you could add in other fruits such as peaches or mangoes. Get creative and ENJOY!
